03 — Complete Your Travel Profile

Tell us about your destination, dates, budget, preferences, priorities, and what you want from the experience. This questionnaire gives our team the information needed to begin planning your trip thoughtfully.

04 — Hear From Maison

Once your Travel Profile has been submitted, a member of the Maison team will review everything and contact you with any follow-up questions, your next steps, and an expected planning timeline.

05 — Follow Your Trip

Your Maison account will serve as the home for your trip. As planning moves forward, you’ll be able to access your information, review proposals, follow updates, and view your confirmed travel details in one place.

There is no need to submit an inquiry after purchasing. Your purchase and completed Travel Profile give our team everything needed to contact you and begin the process.

When you’re ready, purchase your recommended service through our website. You’ll receive a purchase confirmation and a welcome email with a link to your Maison Travel Profile, where you can share your trip preferences in more detail.

05 — Follow the Purchase Directly Steps

From here, follow steps 02–05 under Purchase Directly above. You’ll receive your confirmation and Travel Profile, hear from our team, and follow your trip through your Maison account.
