Essential

Essential is for travelers who know where they’re going and want the Maison touch when deciding where to stay. We provide expert guidance on the right location, curate accommodations around your preferences and budget, and manage the booking you select. It’s ideal for clients who want to elevate their stay while remaining comfortable handling the rest of their on-the-ground logistics.

Signature

Signature is for travelers who have a vision but want Maison’s help bringing it together. It includes the curated hotel planning of Essential, along with transportation, dining, and experience recommendations, all organized into a condensed digital itinerary. It’s ideal for clients who want Maison involved beyond accommodations without needing full-service concierge management. Signature trips also receive priority scheduling with the Maison team.

Concierge

Concierge is for travelers who want Maison to manage the journey from beginning to end. We coordinate accommodations, transportation, dining and experience reservations, a detailed itinerary, personalized touches, and support before and throughout your travel. Concierge trips receive Maison’s highest trip-based planning priority outside of Membership, along with greater access throughout the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our planning fee is charged per trip, rather than per person. For larger groups or particularly complex itineraries, additional planning fees may apply. If that sounds like your trip, inquire first so we can confirm the right service and pricing before you purchase.

  • Your fee covers Maison’s time and expertise in researching, planning, and coordinating your trip according to the service you select. This ranges from hotel recommendations and booking with Essential to more comprehensive planning and support with Concierge. Hotels, transportation, dining, experiences, and other travel expenses are separate; the planning fee is not a deposit toward those costs.

  • If your plans change, contact us so we can discuss the next steps. Planning fees are nonrefundable once work has begun, as they cover the time and expertise dedicated to your trip. Significant changes may require an additional planning fee, which we’ll discuss with you in advance. Hotels and other travel providers have their own change and cancellation policies.

  • For non-members, we recommend purchasing your planning service 4–6 months before departure, or earlier for peak travel periods, special occasions, and more involved itineraries. This gives us time to explore the right options and secure availability. If you’re traveling sooner, please inquire before purchasing so we can confirm our availability to help. For those who prefer an ongoing concierge relationship, Maison Membership keeps our team on retainer with priority access to planning and support throughout the year.

  • Preferred benefits are available at select hotels with eligible rates. They vary by property and booking, and we’ll explain what’s included before you reserve. Eligibility depends on your hotel and rate, rather than your Maison service level, so Essential, Signature, Concierge, and Membership clients can all enjoy these benefits.

  • All clients can contact Maison for assistance with issues involving hotels and reservations booked through us, with local contacts and support provided where appropriate. Concierge and Maison Membership offer 24/7 support before and throughout your trip for changing plans, additional requests, and needs that arise along the way. If you’d like that ongoing level of assistance for your trip, we recommend Concierge.
